Well, none of the songs from this year, all the songs released so far have been designed to do nothing hit please the ever growing stupidity of the moronic, bumbling masses, music these days has no message, no meaning, how am I supposed to appreciate anything modern when I'm treated to such "wonders" as Booty? I'm not condemning it all, honestly I'm not, but I really have yet to heard a song released this year that doesn't make me want to rip my own ears off and drill into my head.

Hey! Chill! listen to No Sound Without Silence by The Script. Flares is a very heartfelt song with a lot of meaning. Actually the whole album has lots of meaning. Lisen to it.
My vote is Flares by The Script

I am chill, did I seem otherwise?
And the last I heard of No Sound was total wank in my opinion, then again I have many opinions and not many of them count for much, so ignore me. I'm voting for 1996 by The Wombats, its the only "recent" (ish) song I don't want destroyed.

Considering on how your other post was a whiny rant about how "all the songs released so far have been designed to do nothing [-]hit[/-] but please the ever growing stupidity of the moronic, bumbling masses" (lol at the "moronic, bumbling masses" part BTW, considering on how we are technically both part of it), yeah, you seemed otherwise.
I mean, seriously, I get why you don't like mainstream music (as a guy who does like it, there are many elements to it that I really don't like), but at least come across as if you were trying to be civil.
Back to the topic at hand, it's too difficult for me to choose. Don't like ranking things in favourites, so...

Well this entirely depends on what you listen to. I'm sure if you look into your favourite genre you could find something you enjoyed that was released this year. Also saying all songs that have been released this year are designed to appeal to the masses is both incorrect and damaging to smaller music inustries.
I, on the other hand thought this was a extraordinary year for music. Metal in particular has been brilliant. Bought more albums this year than I have in my entire life. I don't think I could pick a song of the year though, album of the year maybe. I do still think it's a bit early in the year to be judging such a thing as of yet however because there's still more to come.

Iggy Azalea - Fancy. The only new song that I like listening to.

Everyone has an opinion.
Not an opinion. An exaggerated uniformed belief for sure though.
Example of an opinion: I hate this song.
Example of an uninformed belief: The moon is made of cheese.
Here, I'll fix it for you.
Well, no songs that I've bothered to listen to this year, all the songs that I've listened to so far have been designed to do nothing but please the ever growing stupidity of the moronic, bumbling masses, music that I've listened to that happened to have been released recently has no message, no meaning
Also, just in case you don't believe me, here is a song with a clear message that goes against mass opinion that happened to be released this year.

Fair enough, I will admit that your edited version of what I said was more accurate, but I still think the song you linked is total wank. Absolute rubish, in my opinion. And what I said, is an opinion, it is what I believe, and it is as informed as I was capable of making it before I gave up completely on finding anything worth listening to, but I do admittedly have to take back what I said, since posting that I have found on song I do like, Superhero, by someone or other, I still don't think its message is very well thought out, but then again it was a song designed to speak to the masses. But I will admit, I have now found a song made in 2014 that I like
