All I can say is take a chill pill on the porn, you may've gotten so used to watching it that your body doesn't get aroused any other way than you watching it. If you reduced it or completely stopped, you may be able to get aroused with your gf.

Take a break from the porn because it is very un-lifelike so when the real this is there you think it is underdone and dont get hard. Just stop with the porn and have it as like a treat or something and only watch it once every 2 weeks or so.

If you get used to jacking off/getting hard jsut to porn, it can become an addiction and it can become much harder to get hard without it. take a break from watching porn and see if it helps. if possible, maybe even take a break from jacking off and save it for when you are with your gf (though I realize I am asking a sometimes impossible task).
