Everyone is different, you might cum when you're 10, you might cum when you're 14, I've known people take as long as 16 before they cummed for the first time. Puberty takes it's time with some people, and others, it just blindsides them before they even know what's happened.

I hope it's normal cause I'm the same way. I'll be 14 next week and still have dry cums. I've been in puberty maybe a year? I have some pubes and my balls are getting bigger.
