Cutting and Self Harm :arrow2: VT General Hospital.
It would help if you could provide us more details about your condition. Is it swelling? Does it hurt continuously or only when you move it?

You need to get an x-ray

You can only tell with an x-ray. However, if your wrist is twisted in the opposite direction, it should be quite obvious. We can't really tell you if it's broken even if you give us evidence. You have to go to the doctor to get an x-ray to make sure. Fortunately, it's possible it could just be sprained.

Usually you would know and tell if it's broken. Your hand would be badly bruised, numb, and it would hurt very badly. You didn't mention any of that so I don't know. Best bet would be to go get it checked out by a doctor if it doesn't feel right.

Something people should know, I don't mean to sound synical, mean or sarcastic but here we go.
We are not doctors, you need medical attention, go to a hospital.

For a minute I thought you were asking how can you intentionally break your wrist lol.
But honestly, as said above, we aren't doctors. We can't diagnose you, especially when we can't see. But I'll tell you this: If it's broken, you'll have known. Bones where they shouldn't be, intense pain, swollen. You'll know. It could be sprained maybe, or you just nicked it a bit. We don't know, and the only way you'll know is if you go see a doctor.

For the most part this is right, but breaks can be sneaky sometimes...

Usually if you break somthing its impssible or nearly impossible to move without like picking it up with your other hand. Even if it is broken, you can just let it go like ive done like 20 times. Not really recommended, but im not a fan of doctors. They poke me.
