Comment on Blog?

Hoe exactly do you leave a comment on a blog, I've heard you can, but every time I want to I can't figure out how... There never seems to be a reply box or a button, am I missing something?

I've been able to comment on blogs before, maybe the blogs you've tried to comment on were restricted to contacts only, or no comments?

A blog author may disable comments. Donald, for example, posted a comment on my first blog post.
