Any Advice?

most of the time i want to quit smoking weed, because i feel like shit after, but i always seem to smoke anyway. i just think to myself, whoes it hurting? plus i feel like shit and afterwards i don't feel so depressed, but when i get home i start feeling like shit. i mean i know its not solving my problems, but it makes me lighten up for that period of time, i'm the same way with alchohol 9except i don't do it so much)

any advice?

like matt said, even though it's hard to stop, you gotta just do it. there is nothing that you can do to make it easier. Sorry, I know it sucks. You can talk to me if you need help through this, coz ive been where you are.

ugh i donno, but i'm getting drunk tomorrow because i feel like shit and i have for a while and i just need a break so i can forget.

that's real smart, plan when you want to get drunk. If you want to stop, then learn self diciplin.

The only person that can help you quit is yourself. All the people in the world can tell you it's wrong and that it's messing with your head, but it doesn't matter if you yourself don't really want to stop. Decide whether it's really doing you any good, and if you really want to stop and it's not just your parents and the comunity that says it's bad that wants you to. Otherwise, you'll never really want to stop.
