When I hear it, it makes me feel sad. Yet, strong. Because I hear these words, and I know if I let it happen, alot of bad things could happen. Also with my depression. And I will do whatever I can to not let anything bad happen. This song makes me strong. Even though it is a sad song. You can hear it here. (http://a.tumblr.com/tumblr_latu18DDci1qcbd2go1.mp3)Here's the following lyrics to the song.

Lyrics:

Another day in this carnival of souls
Another night's sands end as quickly as it goes
The memories are shadows, ink on the page
And I can't seem to find my way home

And it's almost like
Your heaven's trying everything
Your heaven's trying everything to keep me out

All the places I've been and things I've seen
A million stories that made up a million shattered dreams
The faces of people I'll never see again
And I can't seem to find my way home

'Cause it's almost like
Your heaven's trying everything to break me down
'Cause it's almost like
Your heaven's trying everything to keep me out

'Cause it's almost like
Your heaven's trying everything to break me down
'Cause it's almost like
Your heaven's trying everything
Your heaven's trying everything to break me down
To break me down, to break me down

Your heaven's trying everything
Your heaven's trying everything to break me down

What do you feel when listening to this song? Sorry I couldn't get a proper link. It's a hard song to find

I think the orchestra helps with the feeling effect.

It's really a fucking amazing song. My father loved this song. He passed away three months ago, so whenever I hear this song, I always think of him.

Yeah, I definitely get the "sad, but strong" feeling from this song too. FFDP is really an awesome band, and by far the best modern rock/metal band currently, imo.

First of all I'm so sorry you lost your father. I'm sure he was a good man. The feelings in this song is very powerful, yet it makes us stronger.

I think a commercialized "metal" band just released another lame song then I turn it off.
