Not really sure if this goes here but.. I havn't gone through puberty yet like my voice hasn't changed n stuff but i was wondering a couple things..

I heard you gain alot of muscle wen you do finish or go thru puberty..
I also heard its not safe to work out intensivly like lifting weights n stuff wen u havnt gone thru puberty.

1. You do not gain muscle, you have to build it
2. Not true at all. It's fine to lift weights without going through puberty.

Some of us have more developed muscles after we finish puberty, and some of us more than others, but it's not a lot. You have to work out in order to build a lot of muscle.

I also heard its not safe to work out intensively like lifting weights n stuff wen u havnt gone thru puberty.
Personally, I don't think you should work out intensively (like body building) during puberty, but if you want to tone up or build muscle for a sport, then thats fine

you might not build up muscle after puberty, but your body grows like your shoulders usually broaden and you will get bigger but not necessarily muscle ... no one wakes up a muscle man lol.

i did and i was like WTF? lol j/k but anyway yes you have to build it but i think what you might be thinking of is your body's muscle tone. you have a more defined shape but you are not superman or batman. :D hope i could help!

my friend hes a russian and god dam hes packed 6 pack muscles evrything he doesnt even work out like god dam

but anyway u do get more muscle and u can lift weights anytime in ur life even when ur old if ur up to it
