Did you use shaving cream? It should take probably around a month to grow back and you may have red bumps that will disapear soon. Putting Aloe on it will help if it hurts/itches.

Mine take about a month to grow back fully, but I trim often and keep them quite short

Mine start growing back quickly, usually by the next day, so I shave usually once a week, or if I know that someone will be seeing that area that day ;). Make sure to use shaving cream though, and one that's not too scented, because It will burn and that's never good.

Oh you'll see stubble within a day or two. I usually go over the area every day to keep it smooth. Depending on your sex life that would be a good idea. It takes me a month to get it to a reasonable thickness to just trim around the edges. Honestly city haven't had a full bush like before in probably 3 years! And I NEVER look back!

It shouldn't be too long, there isn't a set time. Usually they grow quite fast. Many guys shave that area so it does come back quite often.

I shave mine once a week to keep it smooth. A few of my friends think shaving down below is a complete waste of time. What do you guys think?

Oh I really hope you didn't try shaving against the grind, that's painful and irritates the skin, it makes it so itchy and uncomfortable, however given that you shaved it already it might be kinda itchy sometimes/for a while, it takes getting used to and shaving cream could help but afterwards I'd suggest lotions. I believe it would take around a month or so for them to grow back to be "normal" again

Definitely not a waste of time, I did it and it looked and felt so good. Torun my hand down and just run it over smooth skin to my dick felt so nice. Makes your dick look bigger too!

It really depends on what you are comfortable with
Though ther is the risk of an ingrown hair which (trust me) down there is painful and more prone to infection

U can expect to b itchy.
To grow back completely about six weeks. To keep it cleanly shaved u probably want to shave every few days.

I would but I hate it growing back because it hurts so much! How do you stop it hurting and how often do you do it?
And I think I'm jinxed! I've shaved them twice, the day after I broke my thumb both times - whyyyyy!!!!

the more you shave the thicker it will grow back, but it should start to grow back within a few weeks, so you might want to go over it every now and then to keep it smooth.

You shouldn't get any BAD side effects but if you don't use shaving cream, you may irritate the skin and it will be a pain to walk for a few days. It depends on hte person, I shaved mine a month ago and the hair has grown a little bit but not very much.

I don't usually shave my pubes but I do trim them quite short and once they get to full length, about a couple weeks or so, then I trim them again. I don't know if I'd like it shaved.
Curious.

I always trim but whenever I've tried shaving it ends up all red and itchy. does that happen with baby oil or does it just stay smooth?

It stays nice and smooth for me. I used to have the same problem as you when I used a razor blade. Things changed for me when I treated myself to an electric razor.

I do the same, shaving down below is the best, such a good feeling when they are freshly shaved, mine don't get uncomfortable anymore when they grow back and I haven't let them grow back fully since I fully shaved them in the summer for the first time in ages!

I'm not sure how long it takes for them to grow back, but it'll be at least two weeks before the hairs pop out again.
If it's itching too much, you could try applying aloe to it, and you could use shaving cream to prevent itching in the future. :3

Well, lets start off by telling you it's gonna itch like crazy for a couple days while the hair grows again. That'll go away after a couple shaves as you'll get used to it. As for side effects, you can get red spots from the shave and cuts from the razor, pretty minor. Your hair also helps keep the pubic area and your scrotum lubed or at least moist, so lotion can help. For me my hair starts getting bushy again by about 2 months, although I shave after about 3 weeks.
