Does anyone here like Regular Show? I've watched it off and on since it started, but recently I binge-watched it on Netflix, and decided I really like it! There are a lot of hilarious double entendres, and awesome pop culture references (Easter eggs for people decades older than the target audience...)
In fact, the whole show kind of seems like it was made as a fuck you to the target demographic, but to instead target manchildren. Which is great, because that is my kind of thing.
It's like a less crass version of an Adult Swim show, and I dig it. I actually think Cartoon Network is becoming pretty cool again- now if they'd only re-release HiHi Puffy Ami Yumi, Hamtaro, Sitting Ducks, and Totally Spies with their classics. Ooh, and Teen Titans! Ugh, they had so many good shows like 10 years ago :|
Anyways, what do you guys think about it? Any Easter eggs you've found? Who's your favorite character? (Tbh I love em all, but Pops, Benson, and Mordecai are awesome.)
