Cramp/sharp pain while ejaculating/urinating?

I usually get this sharp pain or a cramp underneath my scrotum (urethra tube) or maybe my prostate when I'm ejaculating or urinating (about once every two months). Do you know what it could be? Was it a muscle spasm?

I went to my family doctor a few months ago and I asked her what it might be (I also took a urine test) and it was clear of any disease/sickness but then, do tests really show if you have an infection or an inflamed area? (I think that's what I might have but I'm still not so sure)

And I also do not have any STDs.

That's bothersome to say the least but if the tests were negative, I suppose you shouldn't worry too much about it, especially if it's not more frequent.
If it does happen more frequently though or that it doesn't go away eventually, you should come back to your doc about it again.

Just urinating and ejaculating on its own. Not really urinating after I ejaculate.

You do not say if the doctor had any suggestions as to cause? If the pain be it cramp or whatever was in your prostrate I kinda doubt you could actually tell it was def your prostrate.
