My friend and I having been hanging out naked for a while and he has a really small penis with no pubes. He has no pit hair either and a high voice he's like a little kid.
HE is 15 though
Today I gave him a BJ. and while I was down there noticed he only has 1 testicl
Is this why he isn't in puberty yet ?
Do you think I should say anything?

don't say anything, i'm sure he know all about his body and probably has already seen a doctor. i believe it really isn't a major problem only having one testicle

I wouldnt say anything to him because he may be self conscious about it. One testicle can do the work of two, so everything for him should work as normal. It could be his 2nd testicle just hasnt dropped yet. We go through puberty at different times in our lives, some of us earlier or later than others. Be patient with him, if hes your friend and you reall like him, then it shouldnt really matter. Ya know?

What do you mean by one testicle? Were you feeling his scrotum for his testicles?
Many causes as to why he may have only one.
"One testicle not descending into the scrotum during normal embryonic or fetal development (3–4% of 'normal' live births), also known as: undescended testis or cryptorchidism. In this case the testis is within the abdominal cavity, somewhere along the normal route of descent — most commonly, within the inguinal canal. Such a testis has an increased risk of malignancy.
One testicle may disappear during development (the so-called vanishing testis) due to some intrauterine insult. This is thought to be most likely vascular, such as testicular torsion.
One testicle being surgically removed through orchidectomy.
One testicle may be injured."
You should not say or talk about it if it is not affecting you. You still gave him a blowjob and he managed to get an erection. You don't know, he might be self conscious about it.
To answer your puberty question, everyone starts puberty at a different time of their life, you can not change that.

having 1 testicle in itself will not delay puberty. If you feel close enough to him to give a bj, you could if you want talk to him in general

One testicle can do all the job. This has nothing to do with his size.

Has nothing to do with puberty. If you really are curious you should ask him just don't make him feel bad or anything

Sounds like he has what I had, its called an undecended testicle, if he hasn't already, he should go see his doctor. I had to have an operation to remove it.

I'm not sure if he just has only one testicle because the other one had to be removed for some reason or if it was smaller and undescended and you couldn't see it, but if he actually only has one, then it can delay puberty a bit. Male sexual hormones are produced in the testicles, and if he only has one, it might delay the production of testosterone, which is reponsable for puberty signs (voice, hair, etc...). If I were you, I wouldn't talk to him about it, as he could feel a bit unconfortable.

I wouldnt talk to him about it because he might be self consious about it also he may have ahs testicular cancer and had to get it removed.

Are you sure there was only one? The scotum often tighens when aroused and pull them up so close to the body that one could seem to disappear. If there is still only one there when not aroused then this should be investigated medically. One testicle is enough for both fertility and adequete testosterone production but I seem to remember there can be some complicatation from the one that is presumably up in the body somewhere.

The concerning thing would be if he possibly has an undescended testicle, like someone else mentioned above. Being 15, he'd be at a higher risk of testicular cancer if this were the case. The testes have their temperature regulated by being moved up and down by muscular reflexes. If it is within the body, then it is at a much higher temperature than what it should be - this increases cancer risk with time.
The other thing is that testicles do ascend or retract during intercourse. This is a natural response. You'll probably notice it happens when you masturbate too. It's a problem though, if it isn't usually there. I'd make your friend aware of it, rather than withholding that observation from him.
Here is a video which I hope helps: http://on.aol.com/video/why-testicle-ascend-during-intercourse-516942359
All the best!

no I wouldn't recommend talking to him about it. it might be a sensitive issue for him and trust me, he knows his own body better than you (not to be mean to you of course).

Don't say anything, he probably already knows so it's not really necessary.

If he truly only has one testicle or one undescended testicle at 15
he needs to have it checked by a dr. He’s at a much higher rate of the chance of testicular cancer. It could be he’s already had it removed and is too embarrassed to talk about it. It is highly unlikely that his dr hasn’t noticed it by this point. Only having one testicle doesn’t affect fertility or sexual performance or puberty at all. I had to have one removed at 11 and it was replaced with a fake one. No one can tell. He’s probably self conscious about it. You should probably reassure him that you don’t care. Mine was undescend and I was very embarrassed about it until they removed it and put in the fake. I wish I had had a friend I was comfortable enough with to talk Nout it with. js

I wouldn't say anything since he probably already knows, and if you confront him he'll probably get self concious

It's alright. One testicle does the job.
