Californiacation?

Has anybody seen Californiacation? It's a showtime series that ended a while ago, but is on Netflix and Amazon Prime. I'm about to start season 3. It might be the most profound show I've ever seen, but I can't get enough of it. I want to be Hank Moody :P

If you've seen it, who are your favorite characters?

I really enjoyed the show. I watched every season. The one problem I saw with it is every season is so similar to the last. Hank finds a new "lady" but is still trying to get back with his wife and bangs a bunch of random girls along the way. It's too formulaic.

That being said, it was a funny show and there's some crazy hijinks along the way. The ending didn't really wrap things up like I had hoped for. It ends with about the same ending to any of the previous seasons and they don't move on to a new chapter or anything.

I liked it while it lasted but am glad it's over. They ran out of new interesting things to do several seasons ago.

If you like Californication, you should watch Shameless too.

I've seen Shameless, it's a pretty good show. I haven't seen the whole series, but a good 3 or 4 seasons of it.

I remember putting this on when I was like 13 and thinking 'Is this programme only about this guy fucking a girl every couple of scenes'

Never watched much after the first couple episodes.

i heard great things about this show....my dad has em on dvd. Maybe ill start watching it lol
