Hey guys, so I have this friend who is going through a pretty similar thing to me, he has expressed himself to his love and she rejected him and they are now out of contact. He told me his confidence has hit rock bottom.

I was just wondering how could I help him rebuild his confidence to speak to this girl again? Thanks in advance for any help.

To be honest, your friend just needs to move on. There's plenty of other girls out there, I'm sure he'll find the one for him eventually. Besides, you can't force someone to have the same feelings for you, as you do them. The best thing to do is just move on.

Well first, he needs to get over the fact that the girl didn't want him, once that healing process has gone through the motions, the confidence will come back. It's one of those things that does take time, I suggest just making sure you're there for him. I've always heard the term when it comes to confidence, ''fake it till you make it'' and it does actually work. You just have to keep pushing yourself to feel it, day by day it should get easier to build it back up again.

Maybe he should understand that he didn't have any of the qualities she was looking for in a boyfriend and he should move on.

I can personally say, that confidence is a very hard thing to generate, and when someone takes it away from you, you feel like total shit. I have very little confidence myself, but time heals all wounds. Eventually, he'll let it go, and move on....hopefully.

Dies she want to speak to him? Just help hm move on from this if you can but it can be difficult to help friends no matter how much we want to.
