What is the best movie trailer ever?
In my opinion, it's this classic.

I love the shining and stanley kubrick movies in the first place, but DAMN.
Ho-ly-sit I just watch this, and I get goosebumps the moment the music starts.
Then it gets louder, and you just feel terror and anticipation... SHIVERS UGH IT'S HORRIFYING.
So simplistic, yet so good.

ugh I recently rewatched all the LOTR movies and they're still completely epic... Love the return of the king, even though the first movie is my personal favourite.

I generally try and stay away from trailers. However, I can say the trailers for Interstellar and Godzilla 2014 were fantastic. They set the mood well and accurately, (much unlike Drive's trailer) and gave away incredibly little as to actual plot. I cannot stand any trailer that tells too much. Even the recent Avenger's trailers were a bit too much for me, I like to go into a film knowing as little as possible.
