Hi

I am 15 and I have recently discovered a small bump/ lump on my penis. It is around 5mm in circumference. When squeezed it emits a very small amount of white somthing. It is red (might be due to me squeezing it)/ skin colour. It is squishy/ hard when felt and gets harder when I am erect. It is about 3mm Raised from the shaft of the penis.

Ok well for one stop squeezing it - you willonly break the skin more and could spread bacteria - so what is it well if it is just recent maybe you pulled a hair - is that poss. a small abrasion or a fordyce spot that is agravated by the squeezing - I guess the increased hardness is due to your erection and not itself a cause for concern.

Sounds like a pulled out bit of hair which has got infected. My advice is to go see your local GP just to make sure, but if you're adamant you want to sort it out at home, use an antibacterial cream on it at least twice a day until it has healed up. If you don't see any signs of improvement, I urge you to see your local GP.

Go to your doctor to make sure everything is okay. This probably isn't anything that's going to kill you or anything, but I would go to a doctor so he/she can figure out what the problem is and how to get rid of it. Stop squeezing it. That could make it worse. Just leave it alone until you see the dctor
