Hey guys...
My sister's birthday is next week and i was wondering what gift could i buy for her. She gave me a very expensive gift for my recent birthday ( which worth between 4000$-6000$.)
I really like to buy her a gift but i can't afford more than a hundred bucks!
She is a university IT professor. She doesn't like books.
Any ideas?
P.S Forgive me for my english mistakes ( it never gets better :( )

I want to make a dirty joke, but I shan't.
What sort of things does she like? Is she into computer games? Football? Knitting? We kind of need a little info about what she lieks before we can give good advice as to what she may like.

Give her some money in a store credit card , so she could buy something she needs/wants (for example: clothes , CDs ... I don't know ...)

Ahhh, very good idea, that way she can buy whatever she wants. How about an Amazon gift card? That way she can get nearly anything.

If 4-6K dollars is an amount she can afford to spend on a 'gift' I need to meet the woman. I'd recommend buying her some perfume or bubble bath or something; my sister loves that. And of course making me use her bubble bath as well :(
If your sister isn't into that kind of stuff buy her something pertaining to a hobby of hers or give her a book on IT to help her teach.
Good luck

I always think something personalised is a good, but you will know or can find out if there is anything she would like - you could maybe have a family photo enlarged and framed

Just get her some money and flowers and a card.

Tickets to an event that she might enjoy. This is always a good gift idea.

Why don't you make her something yourself? Knit her something, or design her something. Things you can buy from a store or off a shelf is nice, but i think it would show more love if you did something like that. Make her jewelry, that would be very nice I think.

Just give her a gift card to a certain store or something like that. If you don't know what she wants, then she has control over what she gets if she has a gift card. I don't think She will hate you if you don't give her a 4000-6000 dollar gift ;)

I would get her something that she might enjoy. If she's rich (or her husband is rich) then simply getting her money or a gift card wouldn't be the best in terms of what you can afford. If you get her something which may be cheap but that she'll like then that's better as she'll love the item rather than it being about how much the item is worth.

Find something that is personal family members dont care about price if you actually mean what you are giving them from your heart.
