I usually take a mechanical pencil and keep a millimeter of lead and start scratching with it really hard until it goes to tthe point just before it bleeds. I feel my wrist burnimg like hell but it leaves no scar. The red disapears by the end of the day. Is this self harm

Yes it is, your intntionally causing yourself pain, thats self harm, be it cutting, flicking yourself with a rubber band, or what your doing, it counts.
Do you do it only when angry or stressed?

Just like Cosmic said. Yes it is self harm. I would explain more but Cosmic said it better than I could. Why do you cause self harm?

Yes. If you are purposely causing yourself pain, that is self harm.

Once, I took a ruller in art class, and rubbed the edge against my skin, until the skin on my hand had been completely rubbed off. Any act intentionally committed to harm onesself is self harm.

It is, any time you purposefully cause harm to your body that's a form a self harm. Whether or not you feel emotional pain or are depressed.
It's a issue, and I worry about your health on that one too. You can get lead poisoning. Be careful, I wouldn't continue with that. :(

As others have said, yes it is self harm as you are intentionally causing pain to yourself

I do it sometimes because I'm angry at myself or because there are things (in my personal life)I wanna do that I can't because my religion restrains it.

Are you sure? Because I don't think it is harming me in any way. My wrist doesn't have any sign that says this happened.

Harming has nothing to do with leaving a lasting expression; people can harm themselves in alot of ways that don't leave visable scars, but it's still harm.

Anything that causes pain to you that you do intentionally is self harm, it doesn't have to leave a visible scar for it to be considered so.
