I just aam interested to know how unnormal this is.
I think about killing myself. But don't stop there.
I plan it.
Ive thought about:
Where and how to hang myself
Cutting my wrists and seeing if i can get deep enough
Drinking bleach
If i could drown myself
Tablets and how many i could take so i wouldn't puke all of them up

Its not even when in down, its just any time, even if im not super depressed at the time

I'd say you're urgently in need of help.

I think about this kind of thing a lot, but only when I'm suicidal.

Remember, there are hotlines you can call if you feel you need to talk to someone, and you can always talk to us as well. Please stay safe, we care about you. <3

I used to bve like that before I was sent to therapy, seeing how far I could push my body before it broke (it's amazing how robust the human body is, harder to destroy than you'd think isn't it?), you'r in serious need of help, I hospiatlised myself doing what you'r doing now.
You can PM me anmy time you want if you ever feel the need to talk (although from experance, you likely don't want to), and there are lot's of hotlines you can call.

Uhh, it seems like you tend to have them in higher frequency than I'd say most would.

Aww, thank you

I agree that you think of self harm quite a lot. It seems like you can't stop thinking about suicide, so I suggest to find something to distract yourself from it. Do you have any hobbies? I'm sure you can find something that will help you. If you haven't noticed, I currently practice martial arts and it has helped me through a lot. My self esteem and self confidence have been raised significantly! I practice to this day, and I absolutely love it. Are there any things you're interested in that could take your mind off of suicide? I find doing something that interests you can instantly take your mind off whatever it is you're trying to forget.

Good idea. I do like to be quite active and stuff as i am usually hyperactive and depression commonly feel tired so it balances out.

Hows your martial arts going?

It's going great. I love it just as much as when I started. Maybe you can take up a sport. You said you were active and I think that can be a big step to a better life. Not to mention, you could make a few friends!

Playing around with death is dangerous, be careful to not push it too far.

Well i heard that its like fairly common for people with depression to think about suicide but until recently i thought that was like the normal thing. Apparently not

If you do think about it that much, then it is abnormal.

I've heard from a good friend who suffered from depression that psychiatrists consider people who have planned as far as you to be a very high risk of suicide. Simply because in their experience, many people who plan how and where they are going to kill themselves in detail are likely to actually do it.

The more you think and make plans about it, the more your mind becomes used to that idea, it becomes more and more like a possible reality and you become more comfortable with the idea of it, which is starting to sink in into you. That is quite a risk for sure.

You need to get help. Thinking about suicide is bad, but planning it is much more dangerous. Call a hotline, go to the hospital, talk to your parents, doctor, guidance counsellor, anyone.

I know how you feel. Before getting help for depression, I used to be in a pretty similar situation. I was thinking about suicide constantly, and had a fairly detailed plan. Luckily, I got treatment before attempting suicide. It won't be fun, but it is possible to recover.

You seriously need help, planning a suicide is NEVER healthy. Please go and get help, it's never as bad as it seems :)
