So I have school, but the uniform requires to wear a short sleeved shirt and tie (fucking bullshit) and I have some cuts on my right forearm and scars all up the left. Should I wear a bandage to hide them? I don't really want people knowing.

Yes, if you don't want anyone to see your scars, that's what you should do. To be honest, though, even if they see them, they won't probably make any remarks, I'm sure many people have seen mine and they didn't say nothing.

Honestly, you could try, but a bandage will make it obvious that something is wrong with your arm, and you could be sent to the nurse so he/she can check it out.

That's what I was worried about, people noticing the bandage, but there are lots of cuts and they are very fresh/looks pretty bad type of thing.

What are you going to do? Wear a bandage for the hole year? You can't hide it forever, if it where me I'd just go in without the bandage, if people want to look, let them.
Ye, its not nice when people see them, its horrible in fact, but you can't hide it forever.

Thanks.

Right, it actually feels quite good to just get it nout there, feels like a big weight lifted of my shoulders, and if they have aproblem with it them they are small minded arss holes who don't understand human emotion properly, sort of person whos not even worth knowing.

If ya ever wanna talk about it my inbox is always open, I've been cutting for years so I've kinda been around the block a few times. Sometimes it pays off to be confident in yourself despite scars. Just be carefull teachers don't freak and cause a ruckus. That happened to me, I was in PE and my teacher (Mt Loyd, only trying to help), freak ed the fuck out and called my parents and told the head. Kind of glad he did because after that my life chanced, anyhoo I'm rambling,
all in all, be confident in yourself, don't be afrid of people seeing the scars, if they care enough to mock, fuck 'em, and be carefull teachers dont caus a ruckus.
