we don't have private rooms at my school. everyone is required to shower after PE. everyone peeks at everyone else. it is impossible not to. sometimes i get hard, sometimes i don't. everyone in my class has gotten hard at least once. we also know the guy in the class who has the biggest dick and it is huge. everyone takes a peek at that one.

I would just try to shower and get out. It is ok to compare sizes and be curious, but you did it once why continue to do it. Don't always assume things. Knowing how boys can be, it's best to just do the job and leave.

In Australia, a huge majority of schools do not have a shower policy after PE and most get changed together in a room anyway.
Even then, people still look around at chests and stuff be it that they're straight or not. Completely normal.
