This is part 2 of my help I am asking for, so if you haven't already read part one I have inserted a link for you to have a read. I am very Thankful for any advice given and hoping you can help me again here.
So I have given this girl a week since we last spoke, and in 2 days I have decided to message her. But I don't know how to start a conversation or what to say?

Ask her how she's been and if you could meet up some time
I think now she'd be more open to the idea now.

I know you said in the last thread you do not actually meet up very often but I wonder if say you were to not message and wait until you do meet up before thinking about a convo or such that way you can see how she reacts and if she does want to chat and be friends - dont blame yourself for how she has reacted could be many reasons -

But how do I arrange to meet up with out talking to her?
And I can't think of any other reason than I am to blame for her not liking me.

But she lives away now and there is never a time we could meet let alone her wanting to.
