When I stand still, I get some kind of a tingling in my chests that either will ago away after a minute when I walk around or spread and get worse, sometimes to my nose. It's been going on since this Spring and before that, but I can't remember when it started. At first I assumed it was related to panic attacks, which made my whole body feel tingly and numb, but it happens whenever I stand in one place for too long of a time, sing or sometimes when I'm hungry. I usually am either walking or sitting at home, so it mostly happens when I'm out. I'm not usually stressing out, so I don't know what it is. I have very limited caffeine/sugar and get 7 hours of sleep. I asked my mom about seeing a doctor and she said I shouldn't worry about it.
Think of the feeling you get when you're really hungry and add to that the feeling your foot gets when it falls asleep; that's what it feels like.
s it normal?

The feeling you get when your foot falls asleep is due to a lack of blood circulation.

That's certainly an... odd description. I honestly can't tell you what that is but if it's particularly bothersome or interrupts your day, just go to a doctor and ask.

I don't want to say it's a lack of blood circulation but if you say it starts when you're standing still for too long but goes away when you move, blood circulates more with movement. But you'd think a problem like that would be much worse.

Like Black widow said, I don't want to say its lack of blood circulation, but it could POSSIBLY be that. Blood circulates more when you move. Because you described like the feelings when your foot falls asleep, it sounds like it could possibly be something that has to do with blood circulation. I would go to see a doctor just in case. Better to be safe then sorry.
