So, there is this guy at my new school. He's really hot and everyone seems to think he's straight, but he kinda stares at me, biting his lip or licking his teeth, and when i look at him, he looks away. Everyone is telling not to risk it, because it is a small school and word travels fast. I dont know what i should ask or say or if i even should. I dont know him well at all, but hes in 70% of my classes. HELP:confused:

Just go up and talk to him. It doesn't have to be flirty or anything, just try to strike up a general conversation. If he's gay, you may end up with a BF, if not, you'll have a new friend.

Small talk, pick a teacher that you don't like and see if he doesn't like him/her as well, ask about the homework, ask for directions... anything would work in this instance.
