When trust is broken in a relationship, do you think it's gone and that's that OR can someone regain your trust after a lie/cheating.

My ex, split up with then done something shady the night after, the GUY told me, I had already asked her previously if she had and she lied and said no, and it was never really the same again.

This. I will never fully trust my ex again, but I certainly do respect him more than I did when I first broke up with him.

Man, I say you're better off cutting that relationship out. Real friends stab each other in the chest not the back. If you cant trust someone enough to where you can keep your eyes off em for a long time, it aint gunna work.
