I really want my beard to grow but it's taking forever! My mustache is going faster than my beard too so it looks off. When will my beard group faster and how do I make it look even?!
Thanks

You're only 14.

It depends from person to person, really.

When I was 14 I didn't have facial hair at all, and today I still can't grow anything beyond a stupid moustache and chin hair.

I'm also 14 and experiencing the same thing but I do have about 6-7 visible hairs on my chin

It not only depends on age, but also genetics.
If your father or even grandfather doesn't grow much facial hair, it is possible for you to inherit those same genes. But then again, you can pull from your mother's side too ;)

Be patient , it will need some time ... But , eventually it will grow like to all others , and you will miss these days ... I miss days without shaving ... Now it is like , shaving on every 2-3 days .

Don't worry too much about it, you're just 14 and it's not like people will judge you because your facial hair is starting to grow. Mine isn't very dark but it's there and I need to shave about twice a week or so but I don't and it's not like anyone says anything really and if they do, they're my friends. (Then again, I'm friends with more girls than guys.)

Both sides of my family can grow thick beards

Just give it a few years and until then, just enjoy not having to shave yet?

Could take another year or two even. You might not even grow a full beard, since it varies from person to person.
