I am not sure if it is the same in other countries, but in the UK, all the cigarette companies have changed from 20 packets to 19 without even announcing it. They just randomly stopped doing 20, it shouldn't annoy me but it did lol, was surprised.

I don't smoke but a lot of my friends do, they did mention this, but for the most part they role there own, you should as well, much less dangerous, or even better get a vape

In the last Uk budget march 2014 the duty on cigs was increased - by I think 28pence per pack so by reducing the amount keeps the cost down - it happens choc bars - sweets etc less in the pack and the same or greater cost.
