For the past three years i have been really sad/depressed during september and forward. Usually im pretty happy at school but when i get home and realise that i don't got any close friend to talk to and no girlfriend i usually lock me in a room and start to cry. It feels like i will never have the chance to meet someone new after school..

But my cat likes me so i got that going for me which is nice...

Your cat is great.

I bet you do have close friends, it just doesn't feel like it when you're down. And you will get a girlfriend, you just have to go the right way about it. You need to at least pretend to have confidence so that you have a chance of asking her out. If you don't have confidence then you wont get a girlfriend since you wont ask a girl out

I think you should keep your head held high because there are people who love you and care for you. Keep doing you, you might think you don't have any friends to talk to but there will be if you are happy. It's not only your personality but how you carry yourself, I can tell you people love positive energy so if you continue to do that, people will be like "hey, he's an awesome dude" and will want to hang out with you. DO NOT CHANGE for ANYONE, be yourself, be the best that you can be. I don't have as many friends but I do have 2 turtles that I adore, I know they're there for me! And you don't always need to have a girlfriend to be happy :), I wish you the best!!

Have you felt the same way during the previous year September onwards? Or did you just get the feeling this year?

Do not only focus on the lack of girlfriend issue. More you focus on it deeper you will spiral down the rabbit hole and actually miss chances in your life. Remember this you are not alone at home, you have a cat that love you.

When feeling similar feelings have you tried changing the environment and tried walking outside? Maybe go to entertainment area that is near to your home. You maybe find exercising beneficial.
