I was taking a shower when I started choking. I ran out of the bathroom and I passwd out in my room for 5 minutes. Then I came back to the bathroom to wash up and I passed out on the floor and laid there for 30 minutes. What just happened?

I'm glad you're alive, you might have dealt with Orthostatic hypotension — "also called postural hypotension — is a form of low blood pressure that happens when you stand up from sitting or lying down. Orthostatic hypotension can make you feel dizzy or lightheaded, and maybe even faint.
Orthostatic hypotension is often mild, lasting a few seconds to a few minutes after standing. However, long-lasting orthostatic hypotension can be a sign of more-serious problems, so talk to your doctor if you frequently feel lightheaded when standing up. It's even more urgent to see a doctor if you lose consciousness, even momentarily."

Make sure you are getting enough sleep. DRINK WATER. And make sure you're getting enough nutrients, like iron, which is important for your blood. When you take a shower, or if you begin to feel lightheaded, open the shower door or curtain a bit to get some fresh air.

To be honest, I'd make a doctor's appointment. Fainting in the shower is actually fairly common because of the sudden heat and humidity but it usually corrects itself as soon as you get out. I've had it happen several times. But to faint twice after getting out is not normal.
Fainting is caused by a lack of blood flow to the brain. People who get "head rushes" or orthostatic hypotension, as mentioned above, move too quickly for the blood flow to catch up with the movement. Usually if you stand still or stand up more slowly, again, it corrects itself. But if your brain isn't getting enough blood, the act of falling corrects this because you end up in a position where the blood can circulate evenly. And you usually don't pass out for very long because the blood flow is restored pretty quickly.
I'd guess something you did in that time provoked this. If not, and your blood pressure just plummeted, that's not usually a good indicator and I'd get that checked out just to be on the safe side.

Thanks. I caught up a fever and threw up once, but I don't know if the passing out was related to it. Now I'm better and I'm going to the doctor.

I'm better. It was due to a lack of oxygen in the brain. I laid on my bed most of the time, the throwing up and stuff was due to some random food poisoning.

This. its sometimes called a blood rush, but thats a really serious one if it makes you pass out.

I agree with Alluring. If you get up too fast and you get dizzy or start seeing "colors", immediately stay in that position. If you start walking you run the chance of passing out and injuring you're-self while passing out. It is best to stay out of shower areas when suffering this condition/
