My depression is really bad right now.

I've had depression for the last 3 years, and for a long time now, I've been able to control it, and i only got really depressed every few weeks but only for like a day. The last few weeks though I've been super depressed, I don't have fun anymore, and I feel no happiness whatsoever. I don't know what to do. I'm not feeling suicidal just so everyone knows.

Keep going, you can do it. Just know that it will pass, it won't be forever okay?
Speaking to someone can help, and try and go out and mix with people, it might take your mind off things
