I pre-ordered the iPhone 6 Plus

I was just curious to know everyone's thoughts on the new iPhone 6 and 6 Plus? I pre-ordered the plus, just because it has better pictures and most importantly, lots of battery life. My old one has a shitty battery life (iPhone 4s) so I can't wait for the extended battery. Anyone else's input?

And yes, I know it's like the size of a flat screen TV. It'll just take some getting used to I guess.

I'm indifferent about them. I just got an iPhone 5C not even a year ago. I'm not even bothering to upgrade to iOS 8 yet because I'm not wasting 5GB on a download I don't need. I'm sure they're great but it's just not a priority or anything for me.

I'm not a fan of the Plus though because my phone is big enough as it is. Perfect size for me, just inconvenient to put in my pocket.

I feel like apple is simply playing catch-up. The 6 is fine. About time they made a larger phone. The 6+ is not really a phablet, just a big phone. Things like the Note are designed around the size, with features to be used on large screens. The 6+ is just a scaled up iphone with scaled up ios.
At leas they did one thing right by putting a 3000mah juicer in the 6+.

Being pleasantly surprised with 5's battery life, I'd have to assume 6 will be good.

Personally, I won't be upgrading to a 6. Or, at least, I highly doubt that I will.

My contract isn't due up til next year. The size of the 6 plus is really really good.

I did the opposite with the new iPhones, I jumped ship to Android :cool: been thinking about it for a while and I did lots of research and hands on before I got my S5 and I absolutely love it. The battery lasts forever, the camera is absolutely insane (in the right conditions) for a smartphone camera, and the customization of the interface and being able to adjust developer options on the device itself stock is awesome.

If you like your S4 I wouldn't say the 6 is enough to make somebody switch unless they really have Only had an android phone because they wanted ios on a bigger screen and now it's here. Because honestly it's just that, it's ios software on a bigger screen and that's about it. IMO.

I like both platforms and still use both and love my iPad, but so far I'm loving the switch on the phone

Try it. AT&T has a return period of 14 days and I'm sure other carriers do too, which is really the only reason I decided to try it. Two weeks was enough time for me to know I made a good choice and like the phone. If you end up not liking it, return it and get an iPhone :)

I was never a samsung fan until lately. Wanted to try one for a while but didn't really want to switch until I saw the iPhone 6 and I'm not a huge fan of the new design personally

I'm not all that big on phones because I will never ever have a fancy touch screen phone more or less a iphone or andriod of any kind untill I can pay for it so personally, I'm not all that crazy on the Iphones, as someone has said, they're overpriced and don't hold alot of memory.

I can't wait till I get mine! My Nokia Lumia 630 is a really nice phone and it does everything I want and I'm really impressed by it. But I would love to get the 6+.

i find it very overpriced and fragile. im happy with my old non tactile blackberry. th battery lasts a whole week.
