First things first,

I live in the UK
I am 14 years old

So, I have a Filipino background and they are circumcised. My dad is making me to the Philippines on December to get a circumcision. I have actively refused to go through with it. We have had arguments about it and I have won all of them :).

He tries to taunt me by saying "Everyone in school will smell it and go yuck". It was an extremely absurd statement. I wouldn't let anyone do that. I also doubt they would be interested in smelling it either.

He also makes a claim by saying its a culture/tradition. I really don't want to be a part of it then.

I don't want a circumcision because I see no good value with it being done anyway. I do wash under the foreskin when I do have a shower but I don't mention that to my dad because I feel awkward. I even feel awkward when he brings up circumscision as well.

So, other than me refusing. Is there any law in the UK I can say to him preventing me from doing this? I don't really know much about law but just asking you guys.

Of course, I could just refuse throughout but hey, extra information is good.

I had same situation as yours ... Eventually , they cut me . My mom was extremely against circumcision ( she is Roman Catholic ) , but my dad ( Muslim ) was patient , and they didnt teach me to pull my foreskin whenever I can , so I got phimosis , and that was situation that my father used , he waited so long , but eventually they cut me in age of 14 , but still until that day my mom was for uncut , she told me for some medicaments that can help me , but , my father did it . I kinda like it , it stopped phimosis hell , but after all that , I miss my foreskin still , I mean , after you got used on it for so long , and you lost it in one day , it is pretty hard to get used to ... I must say that circumcision is good because of STD's , hygiene and look . Your father is right about smell , it doesnt matter , you can wash it 10 times per day , but it will still have that specific smell .. I used to wash it 5-8 times per day but specific smell was still there ... After all , I recommend you to go for it , because there is nothing bad about it , and plus it is basic of your culture like it is basic of my religion ( Islam ) , so you should follow that basics like people before you did it too .

I still oppose my penis being mutilated.

I do clean my penis and I do notice a difference in smell. Compared to it not being washed for several days (sorry guys). I can pull my foreskin back (only when its not errect)

If my "culture" is like that, then I really don't want to be a part of it.

You are correct on the reduced risk of STD but its called being careful!.

If you cant pull your foreskin back when hard then maybe its worth doing for medical reasons

I mean , man that can left his culture or religion is weak character ... You can change your name , surname , religion , culture , everything , even skin color ( like MJ did ) but , you cant change BLOOD of you ancestors that practiced same , BLOOD that flows in your veins . Like your ancestors and their ancestors practiced it , you can and MUST do the same ... I had same opinion as you , but , eventually I realized that culture , pride of my culture is more important than some little part of skin . As I said , you can clean it 10+ times , surely is that you can notice difference in smell , but , there will be ALWAYS that specific smell . I dont know why you wrote " compared to it not being washed for several days ( sorry guys ) " ? I dont know why are you said " sorry guys " , I said that I used to clean it 5-8 times PER DAY !!! About , STD's , I will ask you for CAREFUL , when you got drunk and end in bed with unknown girl ..

To be honest, I don't really care what my ancestors did. Meh. I don't have to follow them also.

I want to become my own person, I don't want my lifestyle choices to be decided by an outdated religion (catholic. I don't believe they do it anyway) or by my own culture. (Fuck that, meh.) I don't want my penis to be mutilated because of my culture, no.

It just seems unnecessary to me. I don't have anything wrong with my penis that it will severely hinder the ability to carry out normal things in life. So why should I go through with it? Again, completely unnecessary.

Again, I do notice the difference in smell.

Unless you need it, there's no reason to. In the UK most boys are uncut. The only boy I recently know that is getting cut is due to a tight foreskin. You will more likely find being cut here unusual!

It is not "mutilation" of the male genitalia. Female circumcision is and that really sad. Anyways there's no law of that and don't create a fuss about it either or it will make things worse. There are benefits of circumcision. Some may say appearance but there are medical benefits as well. I'm cut and I quite like it. Well best of luck to u!!!กกก

Ancestors have nothing to do with you, personally. It's YOUR body, not theirs and not your dad's to make the decision. If there's something medically wrong like you can't retract (pull back) your foreskin, you need to go ahead and get circumcised because it'll hurt when you have sex but I think you should be the one to choose what happens to YOUR penis.

your body belongs to you, not to anyone else, so you have the right to decide for yourself, no one else should decide for you ;)

but personaly, I live in UK too, and I was cut at around 12 also for tradition, and I prefer cut than uncut (though uncut was great too ha ha)
