I think we should have a place (not for bragging) but for celebrating a high post count or something of the sort (rep etc.)

This would be great since all of these threads have really cluttered TWPR and it has really lost it's true meaning of being a vent zone and not a place to celebrate something.

No because this is celebrating not bragging.

Bragging is basically telling everyone that you are better because you got one thing they don't.

This forum will be mainly about the focus of friendly celebrating for members and no bragging.

It happened before, but I really think we should have that, because there really isn't a point to having about 5000 new threads a day in TWPR about, "Oh, I just hit 250 posts." At least having a sticky would clear up TWPR quite. a bit and make it easier to navigate and find more meaningful topics in there. As Legalbeagle has said, TWPR is a place for venting, not a place for giving the world some little bit of information that they can easily see for themselves

I'm sorry but I'm not sure how this is related to Rudi's thread. I mean he suggested that we brag about the accomplishments other than what I'm saying is that we should celebrate not brag about it.

I couldn't agree more, this is EXACTLY what Rudi said, there's not really any difference between celebrating ang bragging.

The WRP has had a history of if it doesn't fit anywhere else put it there, not just for venting.

I agree entirely, we can't make a new forum for very little detail. A sticky would be a waste of time, I'd still create my own thread.
