What is the difference?

:confused::confused:What is the difference between an Administrator, a global moderator, a moderator, and a councilor? and who are the Administrators, global moderators, moderators, and councilors?:confused:

Alright, let me, The Road Warrior, help you out. :D

The Administrators are the main leaders of the forum, like the Kings of a Kingdom. They are the members with their names in red. The Moderators are in control of a few specific forums, and their names are in green. The Global Moderators, are like the Moderators, except they are in control of all forums. But they don't have the same powers that an Admin does. Admins make Diaries, forums, things like those. So it's a big difference. Global Mods are in Blue. Counselors are, uh, well, we currently have two (I believe). Dante and Kiros. Kiros is both an Admin and a Counselor.

A Moderator is a member who is chosen to keep order around a certain group of forums. They can move, edit, and lock threads, and create stickies and announcements. They can freeze (temporarily ban) members if one is misbehaving.

A Global Moderator has all the abilities of a moderator, only over all the forums. They can freeze and ban members.

Councilors have all the power of Global Moderators. Councilors are also avalible for personal support (you can contact them when you're feeling down and they will be happy to talk to you about it)

Administrators have total power over the site and are in charge of everything. They can do anything to the site, including creating new forums, banning/freezing members, and moderating the forums.

I'm thinking about making an "about" thread for the staff members...

Global Mods: Maverick, Serenity, Dante, Whisper

Moderators: Michael E, Patchy, Hauptmann Kauffman, Hyper, DarkEden, Antonement, and quite some more. lol

Counselors: Dante, Kiros

Our global mods are as follows: Maverick (Ant or Anthony), Serenity (Val or Valerie), and Whisper (Cody or Kodie)

Our counselors are as follows: Kiros and Dante

Our regular mods are as follows: Patchy, Hauptmann Kauffman, TheSun, Hyper, Atonement, Bobby, Douggey 0.o, (sorry if there are any I am forgeting but those are the ones off the top of my head)
