So I went to a cross country invitational and I went to the restroom and they were packed so when I got to the urinal the guys next to me just had their dicks out no trying to hide it and all of them were circumised. I always thought mostly everyone wasn't uncircumised now I feel that I'm not alone .

mgmbill.org has a map. The rates have really fallen in the past 10-15 years. I actually heard the other day that once medicare/insurance stops paying for it (as it's really not beneficial to health), the rates drop about 10-15% in a year two.

But yeah, it depends where you live. But more and more people are opting to give their kids the choice...after all, shouldn't cosmetic surgery be the kid's choice?
