When you say "15 mins later i cum again" do you mean ejaculating again (with an orgasm) or just semen coming out? If it's just semen coming out then there's nothing wrong with that, your penis slowly goes back soft which pushes the semen out of your urethra but if you're ejaculating (with an orgasm) out of no where, I recommend you see your doctor/urologist.

What is happening is that some semen remains in the tube running through your penis (called the urethra) and initially that semen is thick, just like the semen you have ejaculated, so it doesn't run out easily. After about 15 mins it becomes thinner and then it does run out easily.

Two things can help. People have mentioned milking your penis. Essentially you run your finger along the bottom of your penis where the urethra is close to the surface to squeeze some of the left over cum out while you are near the toilet or have something to wipe with.

The other thing is peeing after you cum but before you get the leakage problem. Many guys feel the need to pee shortly after cumming anyway but if you don't you could try drinking some water to help with that.
