You can be bi with a preference toward men. If you find both sexually attractive, you're probably bi. I tend to be an even split or sometimes lean toward women. It all depends on the person.

I'm kinda in the same boat as you - I am bi, prefer men, but have definitely got feelings for females before. From my experience all the people I know who are bisexual have a preference for a certain gender, and in my personal life they all tend to be more attracted to those of their same gender.

When putting sexual orientation labels on yourself, you should also consider romantic orientation. You could be homo-leaning-biromantic and homosexual.

I've wondered the same thing about myself frequently, and I'm not really sure, either. I'm definitely more attracted to dudes. When I masturbate or fantasize, it's about guys more than 90% of the time. When I watch porn, it's almost always gay porn (though that's partially because I find most of the guys in straight porn to be incredibly unattractive and unrealistic).

But I do find women attractive. I've even had sex with one. I was actually disappointed in the experience. I didn't enjoy the actual intercourse nearly as much as I expected to and took a really long time to finally cum. While in the act, I was thinking about how much better it would be if their was a guy doing me while I was doing her and that's what finally did it. I'll notice a hot girl while out or in class, but not nearly as often as I do boys. I look boobs a fair amount but have very little desire to put my fingers or mouth anywhere near a vagina. I do think women over 40 are more attractive than men over 40, though. Men don't age exceptionally well.

Recently, I came across the work of Alfred Kinsey. He's basically the father of the modern study of human sexuality. While I think his scale is a little dated and not large enough, but it's still interesting.

1 Predominantly heterosexual, only incidentally homosexual
2 Predominantly heterosexual, but more than incidentally homosexual
3 Equally heterosexual and homosexual

I'd put myself at a 4.5 on that, but sometimes I think I may be a 5. Remember, sexuality is fluid. You may identify as bi now but as gay later. That doesn't mean you were gay at the time. Things can shift. When I started puberty, I only had interest in sex with ladies.

I've liked this girl named Katie for a long time ( she spent the night last night and her sister did to so my sister and I had a sleep over :D ) so that being said, I do like her emotionally and sexually ( A LITTLE BIT ) I prefer guys over girls.

As JimmyP mentioned, it really very much is a spectrum. In general, sexual preferences are described as such. Depending on the person in question, they may identify themselves as on the extremes of the spectrum. That is, either fully heterosexual or completely homosexual. Using a hundred point scale, they would class themselves as 100-0 or 0-100; for example.

Others would consider themselves 'predominantly heterosexual', with some minor tendencies of attraction to those of the same gender or 'predominantly homosexual' with some heterosexual tendencies. As an example, they might consider themselves 90-10 or 20-80.

Those who sit more evenly with similar preferences to those of the same or different gender, might then classify themselves 40-60, 50-50 or 60-40.

Given that you are still in your mid teens, things are very prone to changing. Your brain is still developing, as is likely your body. It's when hormones are still running wild too! It might very well be that you just need more time to work things out for yourself. Don't be perturbed by the fact that things aren't black and white - many things are not.

The terms of 'gay', 'bi', straight are very much 'tags' or means which people try to categorise things into groups. Not everything or everyone falls neatly into specific classes.

At the end of the day, the most important thing is to be comfortable with who you are, to be accepting of yourself.

For the most part. I'm bi leaning towards gay for now but as tie mgoes on, I may change my sexuality completely. Thanks for ya'll's help

I think that comment is quite accurate. Things are very prone to changing. Best thing is to go with the flow, to be comfortable and accepting of yourself - to recognise that things are fluid and not static. All the best!
