There are basically two approaches to masturbating in bed without getting cum on the sheets:

1. On your back. In that position your penis points over your belly towards your chest and sure enough when you cum it will usually land somewhere on your chest or belly depending on how far your shoot. Well, you could always jerk off right before you take a shower. Just go into the bathroom like normal and bust a nut on yourself before jumping in the shower and cleaning off. If you want to cum while on your bed, then you can lay on a towel and it won't hit your sheets. Of course, the towel won't help if you're a guy who can shoot beyond his head, but it will help with the general spillage from your chest/stomach. Hope that helps.
