At the minute Eminem-Marshall mathers lp2 speaks to me because its all about how he was fighting with his ex and things. I am not fighting with an ex but are going through much the same pains now
What songs and albums do you relate to?

Origin by Evanescence because I feel most of the time alone and lost like the feelings most of the songs from said album are about. The same with Fallen by the same band.
Winterheart's Guild by Sonata Arctica more or less for the same reasons. But from them I'd highlight San Sebastian and Ain't your Fairy tale which are more closer to what I feel about the person I like.
And then Imaginaerum by Nightwish, because I feel like as far as I've lived, I've seen so many things as if it had been a quite random theme park and carnival. And because I enjoy spending time reliving memories when I have some free time.
Those aren't the only ones, I have many more but I feel too lazy to tell in depth.

Id say Woodstock 2 speaks to me because Get My Heart Back Together by Jimi Hendrix is on it and I want to leave this town (from tennessee to minnesota) and come back and bye this town (i interpret it as coming out ahead of everyone else)

To me it's Native by OneRepublic. I can relate to quite a big number of songs in it.

I forgot that 'yule shoot your eye out' - fall out boy should of went on originally. IM ok to add it though.
Its because its says things like 'you owe me the best gift i have ever asked for, one awkward silence, 2 hopes you cry yourself to sleep staying up waiting by the phone'
Basically saying that for once they should be putting in the work and worrying.

The Eminem Show by Eminem, because it's like my teen angst album (lulz) and it's the last album I ever bought in the physical CD form.
I have a bunch of songs that mean something special to me. I have songs that make me cry because of the time I started listening to them, and songs that make me happy. I actually have a whole playlist on my phone called "the feels playlist", haha.

Blue October's music has always spoken to me a lot. I struggle with a lot of the same things Furstenfeld does.

Sam Smith - Not In That Way
Because this song is about love without response - what I have to live through right now. And to be honest, it sucks so much when a person you think about most of the day tells you she doesn't like you that way. Then you really hate to say I love you and you actually hate yourself... Ahhh, f my life

1000 forms of fear - Sia
Somewhere Somehow - We the Kings
Both albums are truly resonating with me right now, and came into my life at the right time and helped me through some difficult times these past few months. Especially the song "Elastic Heart" off of Sia's album, because it's exactly how I feel about my god forsaken ex.

Not really an album, but the sountrack to Darren Aronofsky's "Black Swan" by Clint Mansell is something else, man.

Who You Are by Jessie J.
She taught me to love myself and to never lose who I am because of change. She taught me that it's okay to cry, and it's okay not to be okay.
Skyscraper by Demi Lovato.
She taught me to live, to strive. She taught me that even though people will knock you down, you get right back up. She taught me to stay above when life gets rough.
