Making your penis bulge

I've noticed a few boys at school have a penis bulge especially noticeable in PE. I've bought some underwear with a bulge but the don't make my penis bulge am I wearing them corrsctly? This Calvin klien boxers looked good on a boy at school but don't do it for me. Any tips?

The reason they "bulge" is because the design of the underwear doesn't allow the penis to rest anywhere but forwards (as opposed to boxers where it can hang loose along legs etc)

If you dont have a bulge, it means your clothing are either too loose or you don't have a large enough penis to produce any sort of bulge.

Personally I would prefer to not have anything essentially pointing out my genitals in public (especially not in Phys Ed), but that's your choice

don't worry about impressing boys with a bulge. my friends and me don't care about anyone's bulge and i don't think you should either, but just my opinion.
