There are a lot of threads on here about how much you masturbate and what you do etc etc.
BUT
Sometimes I try not to and always end up failing.
SO
The question is,how long can you go without masturbating?

I don't know but for most people it will not for so long, cos it's normal and natural.

I can keep from doing it for like three days but then I go crazy and have to do it a bunch in one day.

Two or three day break is awesome.
Does it feel better if you don't do it for a while?

I find that 5 days is like a max for me. After about 3-4 days it just gets to a point where i start getting constantly horny and have that on and off twinge/pulsing in my clit and vag feels like full. So it starts to be constantly on my mind and trying to sleep is tough so i usually cant go more than 5 without having to m-bate for relief.

I can't explain this any better for me.

I don't really try just to not do it. Sometimes I will wait for a day or like later in the day to try and make my orgasms more intense but I don't go longer than like a day :)

I can fairly easily get to 3 days, but 4 days seems to be the magic number for me - don't know why. After that I just have to get myself off.
I tried a (stupid?) experiment earlier this year and gave it up for Lent (no touching whatsoever). Managed to get about two thirds of the way through Lent but one night I had a pretty intense dream and woke up with my stomach on fire. All I had to do was roll over onto my tummy and that triggered off this massive orgasm. Was extremely satisfying and easily the longest and most intense I've ever had, but am not sure it was worth waiting a month for. It was kind of interesting to do though (with my science hat on!). First few days were ok. From around day 4 or 5 it started to get a bit difficult. After around 2 weeks of doing absolutely nothing, touching myself was all I could think about. It would take me ages to get to sleep and I'd wake up wet. I kept hoping that I'd have an orgasm in my sleep as that would be allowed under my rules but it never happened (even though I do have them reasonably often). I'm thinking about trying it again next year as I'm a really stubborn person and would like to be able to say I'd done it once. But... I think I'm forgetting how difficult it actually was. I remember I felt like screaming a lot of the time. So, hmmmm, maybe I'll try it again next year...

Thank you all so much for your responses,so far and Alison in particular for such a detailed reply.
I did wonder what happens if you leave it a long time.
Good luck with Lent next year!!!:)
