Unless you specifically talk about or refer to anal sex, when people refer about losing their virginity, and had sex, it's usually sex with a girl. This is counted as anal sex rather than sex in the "traditional" sense

Virginity is a subjective term, but in my book I consider any penetration (either penetrating someone else or getting penetrated, regardless of gender) a loss of virginity.

Let's look at it this way;
a girl loses her virginity generally when she has vaginal or anal sex - and a girl can only be on the receiving end. It's sex both ways, and it works for guys in this same way imo.

Honestly, this is a very hard question to answer, different people say different things so its hard to get a direct answer. If you look this up online, many places say you're still a virgin until the penis penetrates the vagina. That being said, I'd say you're still technically a virgin but have lost some of your innocence. People do say people have different types of losing said virginity ( straight, gay etc. sex ), but when it comes down to it, in the technicality of it all, by all the traditional stuff and all that, you're still a virgin.

Well, in my personal opinion, ANY sex that involves
penetration of ANY sort, is cause enough to consider
somebody NOT a virgin anymore. That includes female /
female interaction(sex) when they penetrate one another
with fingers or whatever. And gay (guy / guy) sex could be
just penetrating the mouth with "you know what" too !!!
But that's just MY opinion tho !!!
