Guys can definitely feel when they are close to cumming but could stop and there is also a point of no return where it not possible to stop and a guy will know when he has gone past that point too.

That does not necessarily mean he will find it easy to say something at the appropriate moment or pull out, though obviously some guys do manage those things. As far as announcing it is concerned I am sure any guy can learn to do that with a little practice.

Guys can tell when they're about to cum but we can also choose when we want meaning if we're about to cum we can choose to hold it in and then ejaculate but sometimes we try holding it in too late and the next thing you know you've got cum on you
