So, I've never seen this question before, although it might've been here before... not sure. Do your dick and balls grow at the same time or do they grow at different times? Got curious to know if there's any definite answer for this.

There's no set time for each. If at the same time, it's more by chance than anything else

At very different rates mate:
B4 13 - Until I was 13 lyk I had to take my pants down and stand in my briefs to pee cos else my penis was so short it would wet my pants. And my body was stick skinny and looked grlish.
By 15- thing grw a bit and I was stick skinny but with ripped abs/chest and stick like thighs my penis looked comparatively ok whn undressed.
By 16- hv put on weight and now my chunky thighs and the bit of a under-belly fat make my penis look small. may be hormones out of balance as I hv very little body hair and has put on a bubble,girlish butt too.
By17-18 I hope my penis will grow but I may put on evn more weight as college life comes along.
But the main thing is my GF doesn't mind....... SHe has been there since i was skinny ....She just wants my pants off the moment we are alone!!! These days I try to keep my briefs on or at least my tank top on to cover up my soft belly and small penis.!!!

My balls haven't started growing, and my penis has only grown like 1cm in the past 2 years.

I think everyone is different though.

they grow at different times for a lot of people, but I guess it would also make perfect sense for them to grow at the same time for others as well
