This is my 50 word story i had to create for homework. I though it's a fun premise to work with and was hoping you could read mine and maybe bless me with some of your own ideas? Appreciate it.

Smoke. A Discordant wail thrums through empty corridors into the night. Frightened spouses rouse sleeping husbands as infant’s wails join the cacophony. Fire. Survival instinct ushers families down winding stairs towards salvation. Blistering heat met cracking lips as smoke clawed at gasping lungs. Fresh Air! All that remained was Ash.

A man bought a puppy. The puppy grew up. The dog got lost. The man was very sad. The man looked for his dog. The dog got hit by a train. The man was very very sad. A train came down the tracks. The man lay down with his dog.

I was a nasty little fucker wasn't I?
