So I had a party on Saturday because my mom was off for a vacation. She's coming back next week so I decided to drink up the remaining bottle of vodka until she cožes back so a few sips per day is the dose. My two friemds of which one has had a problem with alcohol think that I'm addicted and are trying to force me to stop drinking even by force even though (I think) I don't have a problem.

It doesn't sound like you have a problem to me

If you drink an excessive amount of alcohol more than, let's say, once or twice per week, then yeah, I'd say that's a problem. It's fine to save the drinking for weekends and special occasions, but if you get drunk regularly throughout the week, and stay drunk for days at a time, then obviously that's a problem. Once you begin to feel the need to get drunk and stay drunk, that's when you know you're developing an addiction.
Speaking as someone who has gone through alcohol withdrawal before, if I go too long without drinking, it becomes nearly impossible to sleep, my anxiety becomes more severe, and I get a bit paranoid.
To me, it sounds like you're just drinking in moderation, but please keep in mind what I said above.

I used to have a few bottles of hard whiskey and jars of moonshine that i would get wasted off almost ever night and kept thinking the same thing, so I would just stop drinking entirly for like a week to make sure I could without craving it or anything like that. I never did, so i continue. I suggest you do the same and just cut it off entirly for a while. If you do, try and ease yourself off it, preferably asap so you dont wind up buzzed and having your mom catch you.

You don't have a problem. It seems like you are just having a bit of fun. Aslong as you are not waking up every day to a glass of cold white(shite) cider and it doesn't get in the way of the important things then you are fine.

I've finished up bottles of leftover alcohol from parties and I'm not an alcoholic. You're just finishing up what's there. This is not a problem. Your friends are severely overreacting.

You're not an alcoholic because you're not suffering a withdrawal syndrome when you're not drinking alcohol, I also doubt you have any of the acomanying symptoms you'd be having if you actually were. You just drank the remaining alcohol, it's not like you're buying new full bottles and chugging them down everyday.

Your finishing up left over booz so that your parents don't bust you, that doesn't make you an alcoholic.
