Ok, serious question. Guys, what is the allure with getting roadhead? Ladies who have done it, being that you might not be in the best position, how do you control the mess? Guys who have gotten it, is it really better than a regular bj? What about from the aspect of controlling the car while getting head. Can you still safely drive and not crash?
