Ok so I am reaching out to you guys because this is very, very annoying. Starting yesterday evening, my right eye has been very watery and the skin around my eyelids have been really irritated by it. It can be mitigated by using eye drops or "cleaning" the eyelids with a warm moist towel, but it comes back later and it's really obnoxious.

A quick online research said it was most likely either the hay fever, common allergies (which I highly doubt is the case), or pink eye. I would suspect pink eye but my eyes aren't really that discolored....

Any ideas?

I thought of the same two things. Not "hay fever" but allergy. My eyes are getting that way because autumn is settling in here and for some reason that always irritates my eyes. but if you just have one eye effected then it could be pink eye or something similar.

If its just in one eye and not both it may be pink eye and not hay feaver, hay feaver would affect both eyes at the same time?

I have hay fever and not both eyes might be affected at the same time. Whenever it itches, take cool water and pour it over your forearms and on the back of your neck. Also take a cotton disk (those your mom uses to take her makeup off), wet it, push it with both hands so the excess water drips, and put it in your eye. Push gently and don't scratch. The itch and redness will go away after some time if it's allergies or hay fever.
