The first example to anyone's head about sexism or racism is a man talking about how woman are weak or a white person making racial slurs to a black person.
But, what situations do you believe are sexism or racism:
Racism:
A black person making racial slurs to a white person
A black person making racial slurs to a black person
A white person making racial slurs to a white person
Sexism:
A woman making sexist comments to a man
A woman making sexist comments to a woman
A man making sexist comments to a man

That's good. Ive met a lot of people who seem very specific in their definition of racism and sexism basically because they think that the people who over the last milleniums have been typically racist theyre The only people who can be

That didn't need to be in because a white person is well aware that they can be racist against a black person. It isn't then purpose of the post but thanks for bringing it up

Racism is more than hurt feelings, it's the systematic destruction of an ethnic group. White people hold political, economical and social power, which is why I don't believe racism against white people exist.
Before people accuse me of being racist towards white people, I think it's worth mentioning that I am white.
Sexism against men exists, although it is much less prevalent than sexism against women is.

I would just point out that sexism against men is extremely prevalent but is always taken as a joke. If saying a woman being smarter than a man is a joke but saying a man is smarter than a woman is sexism, it doesn't seem fair. I think comments like that should be aeither a joke or sexist for all genders

A black person making racial slurs to a white person: In itself, no.
A black person making racial slurs to a black person: In itself, no.
A white person making racial slurs to a white person: In itself, no.
A woman making sexist comments to a man: Yes.
A woman making sexist comments to a woman: Yes.
A man making sexist comments to a man: Yes.
... which is why I don't believe racism against white people exist.
True, in reference to just the white-dominated first world (US, etc.).
It can exist against white people though, and has existed in the past.

Precisely. Sexism against men does exist, and I don't think it's not as common as sexism against women, it's just not regarded as that or not perceived as being sexism.
A black person making racial slurs to a white person: In itself, no.
A black person making racial slurs to a black person: In itself, no.

Could you explain why, please?

You may remember this post (http://virtualteen.org/forums/showpost.php?p=2911984&postcount=8):
[Vlerchan - 25/8/14:]
Prejudice: preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience. In terms of race it can be dumbed-down to unwarranted dislike of people as a result of their race. It's a feeling.
Discrimination: the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex. In terms of race it can be dumbed-down to the unwarranted mistreatment of a person as a result of their race. It's an action or series of actions.
Racism: is a system of categorical privileged, as defined in sociology [1] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racism#Sociological). It can be be dumbed-down to the unwarranted and systematic mistreatment though social institutions, beliefs or otherwise of a people as a result of their race. It's a system
In this case the OP has given a number of examples of racial-based discrimination.

So, if a white person makes racial slurs to a black person, you consider that discrimination, but not racism, right?

Yes.

It's not that sexism against men doesn't exist or isn't prevalent. Living in a gendered society guarantees such.
It's that sexism against men tends to be a lot more petty and inconsequential.

Yes.
Could you please briefly describe a simple situation where you think there's racism, and not discrimination, involved?

In Europe, a 'dim' view of the Gypsy community is prevalent. It is as such harder for members of the Gypsy community to get jobs.
In America, numerous institutions engage in red-lining (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Redlining), damaging impoverished minority communities further.
Racism might be more easily defined as Discrimination on a grand scale.

Honestly, saying a woman is smarter than a man is the least of your problems as a male.
It IS very prevalent, I'm not at all saying it's minor or unimportant, however I'm saying we live in a male-dominated society which creates a lot more problems for women.

Do you agree that racism and discrimination do not affect only minorities?

Gypsies are not a race, they are an ethnic group.
While race and ethnicity are considered to be separate phenomena in contemporary social science, the two terms have a long history of equivalence in popular usage and older social science literature. Racism and racial discrimination are often used to describe discrimination on an ethnic or cultural basis, independent of whether these differences are described as racial. According to the United Nations convention, there is no distinction between the terms racial discrimination and ethnic discrimination, and superiority based on racial differentiation is scientifically false, morally condemnable, socially unjust and dangerous, and that there is no justification for racial discrimination, in theory or in practice, anywhere.

It's just easier than inventing new words to memorise.
Do you agree that racism and discrimination do not affect only minorities?
Sure. In South Africa for example the black majority is oppressed by the white minority because white people hold significant amounts of economic and political power (EPPPP) and such is possible. It has lessened since apartheid ended but still persists (http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/africa/racism-outlives-mandela-in-rural-south-africa/2013/12/14/8567b786-633c-11e3-a373-0f9f2d1c2b61_story.html).
