Why is my crushes friends acting this way?

I have noticed friends of the girl I like acting a little oddly.

One friend of hers said my name when saying hi to me. I didn't introduce myself to her or tell her what my name is. This same friend of the girl I like gave me glances when talking to the girl I like and also both of them were talking about something, and both looked at me smiling when I walked passed them.

Another friend of hers just gave me glances and didn't talk to me.

Why are her friends acting in this strange way?

Well, this is just a guess, but it could either mean:

a. Your crush likes you, and her friends know it so they keep glancing at you, etc.
b. Your crush and her friends know you like her
c. both of the above; the friends want to play matchmaker and set you two up
